About
Most small businesses don't lose a job because they were more expensive. They lose it because somebody else replied first, and by the time the callback happens the customer has already booked. That gap — between a lead arriving and anyone doing anything about it — is the whole problem LeadCoda exists to close.
So the product is built around one idea: every lead gets an answer in under a minute, and then keeps getting followed up until they book or say no. Not a database you have to remember to open. Something that does the chasing while you're on a job, in a chair, under a sink, or driving between two of them.
We build it in Atlanta, GA. It's a small operation, deliberately — small enough that the person who writes the code is the person who answers the phone, and the number on our contact page is a real one.
Charge you for growing
Leads are unlimited on every plan. Capping them would mean billing you for your own success.
Fake our credentials
No badges we haven't earned. Our security page says exactly which certifications are ours and which belong to our providers.
Send without consent
Consent is tracked per channel, STOP is handled before anything else, and quiet hours are on by default. Your compliance is our problem too.
More and more, the thing shopping for a plumber isn't a person with a browser — it's an assistant acting on their behalf. LeadCoda already publishes a public interface those assistants can use to find a business, check how fast it replies, and request a quote with consent recorded. Being findable by software is going to matter as much as being findable on a map, and we'd rather be early than explain later.
